Dream Big...

One of my dreams is to become a photographer. Not that I want this to be my sole source of income, but I really would like to be a professional. I have begun to take pictures of the beautiful scenery here in Hawaii and also of my friends and a few strangers (don't worry, I ask them first). My goal is to be prepared to start my own business by the time we move to Texas ready with a portfolio, website, everything. So, feel free to check out my photos here and please feel free to give me any hints or tips.

A time to say goodbye...

One of my very good friends, Aleida Carrillo, is leaving for her mission. She is a wonderful person. Always willing to help others by serving with all her might. I know that she will be a great missionary and that the people of Raleigh, North Carolina will be very blessed to have her in their midst. I will miss her a lot!

My 23rd Birthday!

On the evening of September 15th Jeremi and I played Risk with some friends of ours outside the library. We ordered pizza and had some home-made salsa (by Jeremi) with chips and some homemade flan (by Jaisu). Jeremi ended up "taking over the world" in Risk. We had a lot of fun with our friends!

How it all began...

Jeremi and I have been dating for six years now... We had the same english class together in our sophomore year at Auburn Riverside High School. May 6th, 2000 was when it all reallly started. We have helped each other in school, through very difficult times, and most importantly we have found ourselves. I am so grateful for Jeremi in my life, and I know that he is a blessing sent from God. We believe in each other and do our best every day to show our love for each other.

I grew up here in rainy Washington with my younger siblings, Carrie & Eric. They will both be attending WSU this year...I can't believe they are both in college already!! I recently returned from my mission serving in San Diego, California from October 13th, 2004 to May 1st, 2006. I absolutely loved it and am so grateful I went & did...but also excited to move on in life! I will be married in only 16 days!! I love my life and we are so excited to get to Hawaii and finally begin together!!
